The AI Evaluation Framework and Property Twin

The AI Evaluation Framework is the service itself - the method that produces the evidence. It pressure-tests foundation models - including OpenAI's GPT family, Anthropic's Claude, Google's Gemini, Mistral, and open-weight models - on real estate-specific tasks, scoring each on accuracy, consistency, and cost per task, and reports how a firm's team actually uses AI day to day. Property Twin is the interface: the environment clients work in, where that evidence and their portfolio data are put in front of them.
